The objective of our consulting service is to guide and support clients through programs of transformational change.  To do this we aid with the development of an appropriate envisioned future, an assessment of ways to develop, or enhance or refine strategy, organisational structure and leadership capabilities and then support them through their transformation process journey. Hence the presentation of our CALC methodology (below).
