PH Strategy and Leadership retains ownership of:
•    software and services
•    methodologies and frameworks
•    strategic capability models

•    documentation and training materials


PH Strategy and Leadership does not claim ownership of:
•    customer input data
•    customer-specific outputs
•    customer interpretations
•    customer insights
•    customer strategic assessments or conclusions

Customers and users remain responsible for:
