By installing, accessing, or using the stratāgaia Power BI Template App (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App within your organisation’s Microsoft Power BI environment, strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use.

3. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and remain the exclusive property of PH Strategy and Leadership, except for any third-party content or software properly licensed to you.

4. Data

All data entered into the App remains under your control and within your Microsoft Power BI tenant. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you provide.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App except as permitted by applicable law or with written permission.

• Re-sell, sub-license, or otherwise transfer rights to the App to any third party.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the App.

 

6. Privacy and Data Protection

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or organisational data to the Publisher or third parties outside the Microsoft environment. For more information, refer to the App’s Privacy Policy [insert URL].

7. Support

Support for the App is provided according to the published support policy. Publisher is not responsible for the management of the user’s data, nor for issues arising from user-entered content.

 

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. [Your Company Name or Publisher] does not warrant that the App will meet your needs or be error-free.

 

9. Limitation of Liability
